Mulberry at Park Apartments is a 68-unit affordable multifamily building located in Baltimore, MD. The noteworthy project undertaken by Enterprise Homes, Inc. achieved triple green certification under Enterprise Green Communities, ENERGY STAR Multifamily High Rise, and LEED for Homes Multifamily Midrise Silver level certification. Energy Conservation and Sustainability Features:

Several standout energy conservation measures define the sustainable design, including a highly efficient central HVAC system, double-pane low-E windows, low-flow plumbing fixtures, ENERGYSTAR appliances, LED lighting and smart system controls. An insulation strategy known as ‘flash and batt’, which utilizes a combination of spray-foam and fiberglass insulation, contributes to a hyper-tight building envelope within project budget.
