With our partners RSA and NYSERDA (the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority), Steven Winter Associates is offering 20+ live webinar Building Operations and Maintenance trainings in 2024, maintenance checklists, and a full year of access to on-demand training videos on SWA Academy.
In order to take part in this training program, sponsored by NYSERDA, NYSERDA requires permission to access energy billing and consumption data.

Our live trainings with cover the following topics:
- Building science concepts
- Steam boiler operation and preventive maintenance
- Steam distribution system operation and maintenance
- Hydronic boiler operation and preventive maintenance
- Hydronic distribution system operation and maintenance
- Domestic hot water system maintenance
- A common systems course, covering air sealing, ventilation, ducts, sleeve AC units, and more
Our expert-led courses provide essential knowledge and skills in the management and optimization of building equipment. Each training will be 2 hours and attendees will have the chance to ask questions about their specific equipment or maintenance concerns. Additionally, we will offer trainings about NYC Local Laws and compliance strategies. All trainings will be delivered in English, and slides will include both English and Spanish terms.
