Róisín has over 17 years of experience as an HR professional. Róisín has a wealth of experience setting up, developing, and expanding HR teams in various industries from consulting engineering to marketing and advertising. She has worked for national and international firms, which range in scale from small to mid-sized and include privately owned and publicly traded organizations. Róisín also speaks three languages!

Prior to joining Steven Winter Associates, Róisín was the North American HR Officer at Buro Happold. She supported the growth of the region in talent acquisition and retention during a period of significant recruitment, expanding the firm from 60 people in one office to over 150 people spread across five offices in multiple states. Róisín participated in the monthly management meetings and frequently represented HR at the North American Board. Róisín then dipped her toe into the experience design world for a small startup called Hot Studio before it was acquihired by Facebook. This led Róisín into marketing and advertising at Greater than One and Kinetic Worldwide Inc. (a WPP owned company).

Róisín joined Steven Winter Associates in February 2016 and leads the firm’s HR department. She has shaped the firm by building processes to improve all aspects of HR from recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, immigration, coaching, and employee training and development. Róisín was part of the steering committee that developed our Company Principles, and was instrumental in getting our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative set up. She has a great ability to look at people issues individually to evaluate, identify, and anticipate trends company-wide.
