As Director of Marketing, Heather partners with group leaders across the company to develop and implement forward-thinking, integrated, and strategic marketing plans to achieve defined business goals. She uses a creative approach to evolve SWA’s brand identity, leveraging a multi-channel strategy for outreach marketing, and building tools to enable a network of brand ambassadors. She works closely with IT and other stakeholders to develop and train staff on firm-wide project and client relationship management tool, flexible reporting, and integrated marketing capabilities.
With a background in marketing that spans over 15 years, as well as non-profit board leadership experience, Heather brings a depth of business acumen enriched by her experiences across a diverse set of industries. Most recent to joining SWA, Heather served as Marketing Director for Chateaux, Inc., an IT consultancy firm, and PrimeGenesis, a management consulting firm focused on onboarding executives.
