Course Description: In New York City, where square footage is a premium, designers face ADA compliance challenges unlike anywhere else in the US. Hotel designers are being asked to fit ADA guestrooms with mobility features into increasingly smaller footprints. As footprints decrease the potential for ADA violations increase. This presentation will offer creative tips to help ensure ADA compliance within these smaller spaces.
