Visit-Ability and The Baltimore Rowhouse
SWA researched and authored Visit-Ability and the Baltimore Rowhouse. The research project studied the feasibility of incorporating accessible design into the typical Baltimore rowhouse and was used by Housing Authority Baltimore City in its effort to have the City of Baltimore develop local legislation requiring that newly constructed in-fill rowhouses incorporate concepts of accessible design.
