As a New York Energy $mart Performance partner in NYSERDA’s Multifamily Performance Program, SWA can work with you to earn performance-based incentives for implementing energy conservation measures for your existing affordable or market-rate multifamily project.
To participate in this program, SWA will provide the following:
- Energy efficient design consulting and Specification Review
- Utility Bill Analysis
- Benchmarking to compare current performance to a similar group of buildings
- Energy modeling, recommendations of energy conservation measures and cost benefit analyses
- Development of Energy Reduction Plan
- Construction management, measurement and verification
- Multifamily Performance Program Documentation and Submissions
