Design Assistance
Steven Winter Associates, Inc. provides design assistance services related to accessibility compliance working directly for building owners, or as consultants to project architects. SWA’s Accessibility Team has the expertise required to develop plans for the new construction and renovation of units, common areas, and sites which are fully compliant with federal, state, and local mandates for accessibility. Design assistance also considers building code requirements for accessibility.
