Steven Winter Associates, Inc. (SWA) offers a range of LEED Program Management consulting services to help design teams achieve sustainable design goals and comply with LEED standards for commercial, institutional and residential projects all across the country. SWA is a pioneer in the use of the LEED rating system. Our projects include the country’s first LEED Rated Multi-Family High Rise Building and the country’s first LEED Rated Airline Terminal. Our clients include Architects, Developers, Academic Institutions, State and Federal Agencies, and Construction Companies.
SWA assists clients with strategic planning, technical evaluation and documentation of compliance with LEED requirements for the entire family of LEED Rating Systems. We can help determine which LEED Rating System is the most appropriate for a given project, then support that project through design and construction. We also help determine how the project can participate in financial rebate and incentive programs.
SWA guides the design team through the LEED process with a thorough understanding of the standard, its intent, and its impact on building design and construction (including cost implications). More importantly, SWA provides the technical support to meet LEED-defined goals. The firm’s expertise in site planning, energy analysis, indoor air quality evaluations, and “green” material/system recommendations coincide well with the LEED standard. SWA staff performs planning, energy modeling, consulting, and documentation tasks to support project compliance with LEED standards.
