Design Assistance
Steven Winter Associates, Inc. provides full architectural design services related to accessibility compliance working directly for building owners, or as consultants to project arechitects. SWA’s Accessibility Team has the expertise required to develop plans for the new construction and renovation of units, common areas, and sites which are fully compliant with federal, state, and local mandates for accessibility. Further, designs incorporate building code requirements for accessibility. As part of its design services, SWA provides construction administration.
