Housing Authority of Baltimore City’s independent architect uses SWA’s field inspections as the “design program” for compiling its Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) renovation plans. SWA provides technical assistance to the Authority, architects, and contractors from schematic design to construction close-out
