Steven Winter Associates, Inc. provides field inspection services to assess for compliance with the accessible design and construction requirements of federal, state, and local laws and building codes. The firm has the staff, expertise and management skills necessary to conduct large scale property assessments. SWA does not contract out field inspection services; all property assessments are conducted by full-time staff.
