US EPA honors SWA with 2016 Indoor airPLUS Leader Award

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recognized Steven Winter Associates for our outstanding commitment to constructing homes with improved indoor air quality through participation in the Indoor airPLUS Program. SWA was one of five Home Energy Raters to be awarded with a 2016 Indoor airPLUS Leader Award.

Your commitment to building and verifying safe, comfortable, energy-efficient homes with improved indoor air quality is impressive and incredibly important,” said David Rowson, Director of EPA’s Indoor Environments Division. “These builders and Home Energy Raters being recognized are leading the housing and building performance industry through their efforts to create healthier indoor environments and to educate and bring awareness to the importance of improved indoor air quality. We commend them for their dedication, hard work, and commitment to the Indoor airPLUS Program.
