Construction Supervision
SWA provides construction supervision throughout the construction process to ensure that projects are built in compliance with the accessibility requirements of federal, state and local laws and building codes. An important component of construction supervision is contractor training conducted to confirm expectations and to ensure complete understanding and buy-in from all trades involved in the construction process. SWA reviews and approves change orders, value engineering decisions, last minute modifications or substitutions, and product specifications to ensure that compliance is not compromised during construction.
