SWA is a leader in developing and delivering training to building operators and managers on a wide variety of subjects, including accessibility, code compliance, and mold & moisture prevention. Training programs are offered face-to-face or may be web-based. SWA is an approved training provider for single-family and multifamily housing by the Building Performance Institute.

By introducing basic building science principles, participants learn how building systems interact and how to diagnose common problems.
