SWA provides complete certification services under the LEED® for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance™ rating system.
For new multifamily construction, SWA provides certification services under the LEED® for Homes: Multifamily Mid-rise™ and LEED® for New Construction (and Major Renovations)™ rating systems, as well as the National Green Building Standard and Enterprise Green Communities certification program. SWA has supported over 1,000 green housing units in eight states using a combination of project team education, energy modeling, testing and verification services.
