State Government Client Services

SWA works with state government clients, providing LEED® and ENERGY STAR® certification services, accessibility compliance, weatherization evaluation, and implementation and training. We also consult in the development of state government-sponsored incentive programs, guidelines for high performance buildings, and other energy efficiency-focused projects.

We offer government clients the same set of energy consulting , certification, sustainability consulting, compliance, and training that we offer to clients from other market sectors—with special considerations for the needs and challenges that government clients must balance. SWA also pairs our government work with incentive programs as appropriate.
