Commercial Property Managers & Building Staff TrainingSWA offers sustainability/LEED®/energy training to commercial property managers and building staff. These courses focus on energy efficiency achievement through operation and building maintenance practices. All trainings can be tailored to specific building types, needs and systems, and can be conducted in customized time modules. Commercial clients may also be interested in accessibility training (Fair Housing, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Best Practices), sustainable historic preservation training, operations and maintenance training (customized by building, optional LEED considerations), and contractor and sub-contractor design training.
